Conditions of Use

We are very confident that our products will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 7 Days in a "new, unaltered and unused condition." 

If your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible and happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location.

If purchase is returned without original packaging and not in original condition it will not be accepted

Orders for products marked "Custom" are cancellable within 24 hours from the time of order with no penalty.

To Request A Return

Contact Customer Service at (360) 213-0966 and request a Return Authorization Code for your order. You will be sent a Return Authorization by email. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.

After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s). Please return the merchandise pre-paid and insured via a trackable carrier (UPS, Fedex, DHL or Airborne)

All items are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier.

We will notify you via email when we have processed your return.

Please note:

  1. If the product has been excessively used, abused, or damaged, the return and credit will not be allowed.
  2. Please note that we cannot accept returns on Special Orders.
  3. The original shipping costs of the products is non refundable, and is the customers responsibility.
  4. The Customer is responsible for all freight charges on a return.
  5. All products must be returned in all the original boxes or packaging.
  6. Non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
  7. Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
  8. Unless otherwise requested, we ship via United Parcel Service, or USPS ground service, within the continental United States and Canada.
